Kristin also represents various parties, including indenture trustees, loan agents, examiners, insurance companies, corporate directors, ad hoc groups, and strategic investors in restructuring matters. Her experience includes bankruptcy asset sales, valuation disputes, commercial real estate workouts, and director and officer litigation resulting from chapter 11 bankruptcy filings.
